While purchasing goods from us , you acknowledge and agree that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not provide refund or exchange on any goods sold. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

However,

Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged in the following condition:

1) If there is any major manufacturing defect in the item and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2) If the item is damaged in transit and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a) In case of exchange of a defective product, the customer will be provided with a replacement of the same item within 15 working days.

In case we are unable to do so, Customer will be provided with a credit voucher of the same amount as that of the product received defective, which has to be utilized by the customer within 30 days from the date of receiving the credit voucher.

Defective items need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customer needs to send an email to barbarikkdesign@gmail.com with detailed pictures and videos highlighting the said defects.

(b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and package received with the product.

Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

(c) Items should be unused and undamaged by the customer. Any used product will not be replaced

(e) There is no return/exchange for an item purchased during the sale or at a discounted price.

Procedure for Replacements in case of Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damages:

Our Customer Support Team will revert within 72 working hours.
